Roma..Rome...Rzym

I've just come to Rome and may say I don't act like a typical foreigner here. I didn't spend my first day looking for the way to Coloseum or St. Paul's Cathedral. Anyway, I get to know building of Economics Faculty at Roma Tre University quite well. And it's neighbourhood, too. I haven't seen Rome from them movies but rather city where people do the things that citizens do in all of the cities in the world - just typical, normal day. And I like it.

On Tuesday, after my plan landed, I met with Chiara Serena and Alberto that I'm going to work with. Together went for pasta trying to find a place I'm staying before. Wasn't easy but finally we managed this. I mean I was just supporting them having no idea where we were and where should b exactly. The most exciting in that evening was going by motorbike to my flat, however. Thank to brave Albe who wasn't afraid to take me (it was my first time, so I could behave like crazy) I went back home.

Yesterday I met with people from my committee as well as guys from Roma Sapienza and girls organising International President Meeting in Rome next year. After all the things we had to do we went together for "aperitif." ;) Starting conversation from embarrassing moment in our lives we get through International Congress that had place in Brazil few weeks ago. It was wonderful to listen to them drinking beer from Belgium in the one of thousands Romanian cafes.

To sum up, I'm having enjoy and know I will have a great here in the city of 7 hills.

07/07/08, Breclav, Chech Republic

The time I feel like writing "came" to me again. Once more my life has changed and everything seems to be different now. Me, also.
Remember my trip to Bamberg, Germany in March, 2008. Enormous train station with modern shopping centre. Now I'm alone, too, waiting for train to Bratislava. Scene doesn't look like this I saw few month ago. Sitting in the small green park read Turkish Nobelist Orhan Pamuk, "Snow". That's how I'm preparing for spending few weeks in the country I've never been before. Didn't want to go there as a typical tourist - 2 weeks in the hotel, going from the swimming pool to the the beach and back.
Would like to share with my experience to everybody and think about writing, writing, writing. you never know when. May ask what contributed to this only. Rain.

Don't know what will be there. Something new I've never experienced before. New, undiscovered yet by me world, memorably spent time. My entrance to new life.

Life shapes up in a strange way - never know what to expect. For few weeks I'm completely happy. Go to Turkey for few 3 weeks. Will meet with friend Mert whom met in London. Wine and piece of culture. Euro trip. People, London, Michael, laaarge rucksack and friends. Smile and the sun in whole Europe. In France. Overfilling happiness and beauty of unknown morning.
